Bespoke Office Design: Engineering Above an Automotive Showroom
LENAMA developed a fully custom-designed office space above an automotive exhibition area, combining architectural design, structural engineering and bespoke construction in a single coordinated project.
The office is built around a custom steel structure, finished with an anthracite powder coating and enclosed by glazed panels. Its clean, contemporary appearance complements the automotive environment while creating a dedicated workspace overlooking the exhibition area.
The defining feature of the project is its open front elevation.
Where Architecture Meets Automotive Design
Instead of conventional vertical columns, the front is supported by the roof beam, creating a suspended architectural effect and preserving the visual continuity of the space below.
Every element was developed specifically for the project, from the structural concept and engineering coordination to the bespoke steelwork, finishes and glazing.
