The 10-Car Private Garage located in District One, Mohammed Bin Rashid City, Dubai, was designed as more than a parking facility. Conceived as a luxury automotive destination, the project combines premium materials, bespoke lighting, and intelligent spatial planning to create a space dedicated to both vehicle storage and lifestyle.
From the outset, the vision was to create a garage that would celebrate a carefully curated vehicle collection while delivering exceptional practicality and seamless circulation. Every design decision was guided by the goal of elevating the everyday experience of owning and displaying high-value automobiles. The result is a refined automotive space where architecture, lighting, materials, and functionality come together in perfect harmony.
The project began with a comprehensive concept design and spatial planning phase focused on accommodating ten vehicles within a layout that maximizes both efficiency and visual impact. Detailed vehicle circulation studies ensured effortless access, maneuverability, and optimal positioning of each car, creating a space that feels organized, spacious, and visually balanced.
To help communicate the design vision, Lenama developed a series of high-quality 3D visualizations that allowed the client to fully experience the proposed environment before construction began. These presentations played a key role in refining details and aligning every aspect of the design with the client’s expectations.
As the project progressed into detailed design development, comprehensive technical drawings and construction documentation were prepared to support precise execution on site. Every element was carefully coordinated to ensure consistency between concept and final delivery.
Lighting played a central role in defining the atmosphere of the garage. A bespoke lighting strategy was developed, combining ambient, functional, and feature lighting to enhance the architectural character of the space while showcasing the vehicles as focal points. The integrated electrical layout was meticulously coordinated to support both performance and aesthetics, ensuring a seamless and sophisticated user experience.
Material selection was equally important in achieving the desired level of luxury. Premium flooring systems, wall finishes, and ceiling treatments were chosen to create a timeless and durable environment. High-end surfaces not only elevate the visual appeal of the garage but also provide the resilience required for long-term use.
To further enhance functionality, custom storage solutions and display units were designed specifically for the space. These bespoke elements provide dedicated areas for automotive accessories, maintenance equipment, collectibles, and personal items while maintaining a clean and elegant appearance throughout the garage.
